[摘要] This Resolution consisting of 4 articles aims to transfer to the Director of the Livestock the power to grant the special permit to the vehicles for the transport of chilled and/or frozen meat, or fresh carcasses, instead of the Minister of Agriculture. Annexed the forms to be filled out.
