Government Decree No. 460 amending Government Decree No. 696 validating Technical Regulation “Meat – raw materials. Production, import and trade”.

[摘要] This Government Decree classifies meat as all parts of carcasses of slaughtered species of cattle, swine, sheep, goats, domestic ungulates and rabbits, and also poultry, suitable for human consumption. It gives definition to the terms “refrigerated meat”, “half-frozen meat”, “quick-frozen meat” and “defrosted meat” depending upon storage temperature. Annexes contain description of organoleptic characteristics of meat.
