Regional Law No. 59-OZ “On licensing and declaration of retail trade of liquors”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes the modalities of issuance and state registration of licences for retail trade of liquors. Issuance, re-issuance, renewal and prolongation of licence of retail trade of liquors shall require payment of licence fees. Licences for retail trade of liquors shall be valid for the whole period of validity specified therein.
