Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act, 1998.

[摘要] There shall stand established on the establishment day a body to be known as the Food Safety Authority of Ireland, or in the Irish language as Údarás Sábháilteachta Biana hÉireann, to perform the functions assigned to it by this Act. The Authority shall be a body corporate (sect. 9).
