Decree relative to meat control, hygiene and related matters in relation with the preparation and marketing of whale meat (No. 298 of 1997).
[摘要] This Decree concerns the hygienic control of the processing of whale meat on board of whaling vessels, the delivery to landing stations and further processing and storage at the landing station (sect. 2). "Whale meat" is defined as all edible parts of a whale. Chapter II provides for the approval of whaling vessels by the Directorate of Fisheries and of landing stations by municipal food control authorities.
