Presidential Decree No. 41 on the rearrangement of the Ministry of Agricultural, Forest and Food Policies.

[摘要] This Presidential Decree concerns the rearrangement and structure of the Ministry of Agricultural, Forest and Food Policies, which hereinafter is composed of the following: a) Department of European and international policies on rural development; b) Department on competition, agrofood quality and fisheries; c) Department of Central Inspectorate against fraud in agricultural and food products. The National Council on Agriculture, Food and Fisheries is abolished.
