Ordinance amending the Plastic Materials Ordinance 2003.

[摘要] The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Plastic Materials Ordinance 2003 (BGBl. II No. 476/2003). In particular, the Ordinance amends articles dealing with plastic objects used for daily life; article 12 concerning implementation of EU- guidelines. Moreover, the Ordinance amends the Annexes 1, 2, 3a, 4 and 5.
