Provincial Act No. 1 on the presentation of non genetically modified products.
[摘要] This Provincial Act allows the presentation of food and agricultural products as non genetically modified products, under the conditions hereby established, for the purposes of informing the public as regards biotechnology techniques deployed in those productions. The mark shall be granted by the Committee on Non Genetically Modified Products upon request and after the controls referred to in article 4 have been carried out. Article 7 lays down administrative sanctions.
