Order No. 100 of the Ministry of Economy and Trade validating the Regulation on vending and public feeding service.

[摘要] This Order shall be applicable to retail trade and vending of foodstuffs and public feeding service. Retail trade and vending of foodstuffs shall be obligatorily coordinated with territorial branches of the State sanitary supervision. Food displays and vending facilities shall be provided with equipment for storage and trade of foodstuffs in accordance with sanitary and hygienic requirements set for trade of foodstuffs.
