Poultry and Hatching Eggs (Importation and Exportation) Ordinance, 1962.

[摘要] This Ordinance prohibits the importation of hatching eggs of domestic fowl, turkeys, geese, ducks and guinea fowl into Guernsey without a licence from the Commerce and Employment Department ("Committee"). Also exportation of live poultry, poultry carcases (other than carcases which are fully cooked) or eggs to the United Kingdom, Ireland and some other places without a licence is prohibited.
