Governmental Regulation No. 339 validating the List of agricultural products in the case of which imposing production quota may prove to be necessary.

[摘要] For the purpose of restricting the surplus production of agricultural products, avoiding decrease of their market prices or performing the obligations taken with international agreements the production of the following agricultural products may be quantitatively restricted by imposing production quotas: (a) raw milk; (b) bovine animals; (c) sheep; (d) grain and legumes, rape, turnip rape, seed and fiber flax; and (e) certified seed.
