[摘要] This Regulation provides for all necessary standards and methods of sampling, preparation of samples, and analysis of the level of nitrates in foodstuffs for the correct performance of the official controls. Proper sampling and procedures for the preparation of samples are important for accurate determination of the amount of nitrates in food and foodstuff.
