Regulation on conditions for ensuring food hygiene and safety in the production of, trading in, and use of, food additives.
[摘要] The Regulation states the requirements in terms of production, use and trade of food additives as per art. 3 in order to comply with hygiene and safety procedures for foodstuff. Article 7 deals with hygiene requirements for workers to oblige with, the materials used in food dishware and cutlery, the labelling and packaging of food treated with food additives.
