Registration of Food Premises Regulations.

[摘要] These provisions govern the registration with the Superintendent of Public Health of food premises. No food premises shall be used otherwise than in strict compliance with the conditions of such registration. The Food Premises Register shall be kept by the Superintendent of Public Health. Any person who contravenes these provisions shall be guilty of an offence under the Food, Drugs and Drinking Water Act.
