Order No 2-221 of 2003 of Minister of Agriculture of Georgia on Adopting “Certification System of Alcohol Drinks”, “Rules for Certification of Alcohol Drinks”, “Issuing Certificate of Origin for Alcohol Drinks”, and “Rules for Writing off Wines”

[摘要] The Order adopts the following rules: “Certification System of Alcohol Drinks”, “Rules for Certification of Alcohol Drinks”, “Issuing Certificate of Origin for Alcohol Drinks”, and “Rules for Writing off Wines”. The purpose of the Order is to regulate compliance certification of wine-based and spirit-based alcohol drinks. Also, it aims to protect consumers from low-quality and falsified products that may pose threat to the public health.
