Regional Law No. 749-KZ amending Regional Law No. 536-KZ “On restrictions for trade of energizing beverages with low alcohol contents”.

[摘要] Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plenary powers of the regional authorized executive bodies in the sphere of regulation of vending of alcoholic beverages shall exclude issuance of licenses for retail trade of wine and sparkling wine (champagne) performed by agricultural producers and farmers”.
