Regulation to Issue Permit of Operating Restaurant and food Catering Establishments (L.N. No. 105/2006).
[摘要] This Regulation prescribes minimum hygienic requirements for premises used for the purpose of restaurant and other food catering. Requirements concern, among other things, handling and storage of food and kitchen equipment. The Regulation also specifies conditions for the issuance or renewal of a permit.
