Regulation on the classification and labelling of pig carcasses.
[摘要] This Regulation prescribes the complete procedure for the correct and mandatory classification of pig carcasses (on the territory of the Croatian Republic), the manner and procedure of processing and the determination of carcass weight and the prescribed markings (official labelling), the conditions to be met by persons carrying out the process of classification and marking of carcasses, and supervision over the rules to be implemented after the entry into force of this Regulation.
