Export of Agricultural Produce (Jersey) Order 1972.

[摘要] This Order provides rules relative to the exportation of agricultural produce. The majority of these rules apply to specified agricultural produce, i.e. vegetables specified in Schedule 1 to this Order. The Minister for Planning and Environment may, for purposes of marketing, prohibit the harvesting or exportation of a specified agricultural produce.
