Ministerial Joint Decree No. 37/2002 amending article 26 of the Food Code, in compliance with Commission Directive 2001/62/EC.

[摘要] The Decree approves the Decision by the Supreme Council of Chemistry by which article 26 dealing with plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs is amended, in compliance with Commission Directive 2001/62/EC. A series of amendments are made throughout the text of the article following the structure of the aforementioned Directive.
