Decree-Law No. 152/2009 implementing EU Directive No. 2006/88 on animal health requirements for aquaculture animals and products thereof, and on the prevention and control of certain diseases in aquatic animals.

[摘要] This Decree-Law, consisting of 8 Chapters and 5 Annexes, establishes specific animal health requirements to put on the market, transit and import from third countries aquaculture products, as well as minimum community measures to fight disease of fish and bivalve molluscs and aquaculture animals and related products. Moreover, the Decree-Law establishes measures aimed at the prevention and control of diseases in aquaculture animals.
