Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (Scotland) Amendment Order 2015 (S.S.I. No. 186 of 2015).

[摘要] This Order amends the Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (Scotland) Order 2013 in provisions concerning, among other things: compliance deadlines for the sampling and testing of a dairy breeding herd in accordance with article 11(2)(c) of the 2013 Order; the taking of milk samples from breeding herds; BVD status of a breeding herd or breeding bovine animal; isolation of animals; and movement licence and movement restrictions in particular with respect to animals with a “not negative” BVD status.
