Consumer Protection (Trade Descriptions and Safety Requirements) Act (Act No. 18 of 1975).

[摘要] This Act prohibits the use of false trade descriptions for any goods and confers power to the Minister to require informative marking and impose safety requirements, and control or prohibit the supply of goods with respect to which those requirements are not complied with.
