[摘要] This Regulation stipulates the detailed conditions to be met by public warehouses in terms of storage space for reception, specific storage and delivery rules (agricultural products), equipment for measuring the amount and the determination of the quality of agricultural products to be stored, the value of fixed assets not encumbered by mortgage or other lien, depending on the type of agricultural products that are subject to storage, as well as concrete indicators of financial operations.
