Decree No. 21 of the State Standard validating the Regulation on certification of foodstuffs and raw alimentary materials.
[摘要] This Decree establishes the rules and procedures applicable to mandatory and voluntary certification of foodstuffs and raw alimentary materials. Foodstuffs subject to mandatory certification shall be classified into 11 groups of homogeneous products and shall include perishable commodities with an expiration date for storage or consumption of up to one month and long-storage commodities with an expiration date more than one month from production.
