[摘要] These Regulations implement provisions of the Pharmacy Act, 1995 with respect to, among other things: acceptance and registration of pharmacists, licensing of premises for use as pharmacies, professional misconduct by a registered pharmacist, pharmacy student or pharmacy technician, sale of drugs and sale of poisons, inspections and disciplinary proceedings.
