[摘要] The present Act lays down provisions relating to the production and marketing of wine. The text consists of 74 articles divided into 6 Parts: Wine (1). This Part contains regulations relating to the various kinds of wine; naming and labelling. Fruit made wine (other than grapes) (2); Control (3); Penalties (4); Promotion through subsidies (5); Transitional and final provisions (6).
