Standards (Certification) Regulations, 2009 (G.N. No. 406 of 2009).

[摘要] These Regulations, made under section 36 of the Standards Act, allow standards marks to be applied to any commodity or process only by a holder of a licence granted in accordance with the standards framed by the Tanzania Bureau of Standards. The application form for such licence is prescribed by these Regulations. A decision on the application shall be taken by the Director General of the Bureau after investigation as prescribed. These shall be a register of licensed manufacturers.
