Decree No. 428 of 1999 relative to spreadable fat products made under the Commodities Act.

[摘要] This Decree intends to implement Council Regulation (EC) No 2991/94 of 5 December 1994 laying down standards for spreadable fats. It is prohibited to act against articles 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8 of the regulation and certain standards for ingredients are given. Trade in fat products that do not meet standards specified in Schedules B and C of the Regulation is prohibited.
