[摘要] This Act provides rules for the issue of business licences for any activity aimed at generating revenue in trade, commerce or industry. It also provides for the use of such licences and related matters. No person shall commence or carry on any business or economic activity whether jointly with any other business or economic activity, or otherwise, unless he or she has for that business or calling a current licence issued under this Act.
