Governmental Decree No. 1027 validating the Regulation on repression of illegal manufacturing of ethyl alcohol and liquors.

[摘要] This Governmental Decree establishes the modalities of transportation and storage (outside the place of confiscation) of confiscated illegally manufactured ethyl alcohol and liquors, alcohol byproducts and raw materials used for illegal manufacturing of ethyl alcohol and liquors. It also sets forth the rules for destruction by court decision of the aforesaid illegal produce.
