Order 10/2002 on the licensing regime for processing fish products for human consumption.
[摘要] This Order is composed of 40 articles divided in VII Chapters, and 15 Annexes. It establishes the conditions for issuing sanitary licences to plants processing fish products for human consumption purposes, as well as the related fishing vessels and navies. The aim is to improve health conditions within internal trade, import and export.
