[摘要] Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Agricultural commodities, raw materials and food purchased for public needs shall comply with mandatory requirements established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on technical regulation, and also comply with special conditions set by public contracts”.
