Ministerial Decree No. 864 on certification of ethyl alcohol, liquors and spirits.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree validates the form of CMR note for ethyl alcohol, liquors and spirits and the modalities of filling in thereof. CMR note shall be filled in by the freighter in each case of consignment of transfer for wholesale trade of lot of ethyl alcohol, liquors and spirits.
