Law No. 57-XVI on vine and wine.

[摘要] This Law regulates viticulture and wine-making, the issues of vine planting material and production of table wine, technical vine and wine-based products. The scope of this Law shall be the compliance with international viticulture and wine-making standards and suppression of fraud in the sphere of grape wine production. It shall not be applicable to the manufacturing of ethyl alcohol, homemade wine and vinegar. The Act consists of nine Sections divided into 37articles: (1) general provisions; (
