[摘要] This Order prescribes the fee to be charged for a review of a food hygiene rating (a re-rating) and also prescribes the amount of fixed penalty payable under a fixed penalty notice served under section 10 (1) or (2) of the Food Hygiene Rating Act (Northern Ireland) 2016.
