[摘要] This Regional Law establishes the following basic principles of potable water supply: (a) priority of potable water supply to natural persons; (b) registration and payment of potable water supply; (c) state support of potable water supply system in the form of supply of machinery and materials for potable water supply, and also of chemicals for water purification and water treatment.
