[摘要] The object of the present Act is to protect the authenticity of products, and of terms used to identify and promote them, through product certification based on origin or on special characteristics associated with a method of production or specificity. For the purpose of the present Act “product” means an unprocessed or processed agricultural, aquacultural or other food product that is intended for sale.
