Decree No. 42 of 2015 (VII. 22.) FM of the Ministry of Agriculture concerning the recognition of producer groups.

[摘要] This Decree contains the definition of producers’ group and rules on recognition of such groups. Titles 4 of the Decree provides for monitoring of producers’ groups and for reporting duties on their activity. There are special provisions regarding producers’ groups producing goods falling under a quality system and groups recognized for the creation of short supply chains.
