Ministerial Decree No. 172 validating Technical regulation “On juices, nectars and fruit- and vegetable containing beverages”.

[摘要] This Technical regulation sets mandatory requirements for juices, nectars and fruit- and vegetable containing beverages, including processing, storage, transportation and trade thereof. The purpose of this Technical regulation shall be to protect human life and health, and also prevention fraud and deceit of consumers. Raw materials used for production of juices, nectars and fruit- and vegetable containing beverages shall comply with food safety requirements established by technical regulations
