Decree laying down national provisions on control of compliance with marketing standards applicable to fruit and vegetables, pursuant to Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007.
[摘要] This Decree establishes national provisions concerning control of compliance of fruit and vegetables with marketing standards set out at the European Union level. It designates the AGEA to be responsible for coordinating control tasks and further envisages the elaboration of a national database on operators engaged in the fruit and vegetable production and marketing sectors.
