[摘要] The present Regulation establishes the mechanism of the formation by the Agrarian fund of the state food reserves for the purpose of ensuring manufacturing of agricultural commodities and ensuring food security of the population. The Agrarian fund shall be entitled with the task of the formation of the state food reserves within the limits envisaged by the state budget for the current year.
