Resolution No. 438/1 of 2009 defining cases that require laboratory re-examination of imported meat.

[摘要] This Resolution is composed of5 articles. Article 1 decrees the strictly prohibition of laboratory re-examination and retesting on imported meat, which have been infected by harmful germs and non-suitability for human consumption. Article 2 decrees that the laboratory re-examination and retesting is mandatory only of the uncontaminated part of meat shipments in the case of contamination of some of meat shipments and the validity of the rest.
