Law No. 1977-XII “On science and scientific and technical activity”.

[摘要] This Law establishes legal, organizational and financial grounds for the promotion of science and scientific and technical activity in order to ensure technological development for society and the state. Scientific activity shall be intended intellectual creative activity and research. Scientists and researchers shall have the right of ownership to their intellectual property.
