Delegated Decree No. 71 on hygiene of food products of animal origin.

[摘要] This Delegated Decree lays down specific provisions concerning the hygiene of food products of animal origin, both processed and non processed. The Decree also regulates the recognition and registration of holdings and establishments where food products of animal origin are obtained. Penalties are set out as well.
