Consumer Information Act 1989.

[摘要] This Act lays down rules for presentation of goods for sale to the general public in Western Samoa. “Goods” means any article or product of any type or class that is intended for sale to any person for use or consumption, whereas “food” has the same meaning as in the Food and Drugs Act 1967. Name and address of the packager of goods shall be shown on the package. The Minister of Customs may prohibit importation of goods that do not show name and address of the packager.
