Circular No. 02/2004/TT-BTS guiding the implementation of Goverment's Decree No. 70/ND-CP stipulating the sanctioning of administrative violations in the aquatic resource domain.

[摘要] The Circular provides for sanctioning of the following: violation of the protection of aquatic habitat and aquatic species; violation of the provisions on the exploitation of aquatic resources; violation of the provisions on fishing ship management; etc. Regulations regarding also environmental safety of fisheries, HACCP, residues contents, veterinary drugs, fishfeed, chemicals etc. and fishery lines. Sanctioning procedures are described also by providing sample forms and related documents.
