Legislative Decree No. 50 implementing Directive 2001/113/EC relating to fruit jams, jellies and marmalades and sweetened chestnut purée intended for human consumption.

[摘要] In implementation of Directive 2001/113/EC, this Legislative Decree establishes standards to be applied to fruit jams, jellies and marmalades and sweetened chestnut purée intended for human consumption, as defined by Annex I. These provisions shall not cover products which are intended for the manufacture of fine bakery wares, pastries or biscuits. Article 5 sets out administrative sanctions.
