Ministerial Decree No. 871 on protection of intellectual property.

[摘要] The purpose of intellectual property protection shall be exposure and suppression of the offences in the aforesaid sphere. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food shall carry out inspection over the observance of the national legislation and international agreements regulating protection of intellectual property as regards prevention of circulation and trade on the internal consumer market of adulterated agricultural commodities and laboratory analysis of the infringing commodities.
