[摘要] The purpose of the present Regulation is to implement the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act. The Alberta Potato Marketing Plan, established under Alberta Regulation 208/88, is hereby revised and continued under the title “Potato Growers of Alberta Plan”. The plan aims at, inter alia, improving the economic well being of the potato industry. For the purposes of this Plan, Alberta is divided into 2 areas, namely, Alberta South and Alberta North.
